North Valley Housing Trust is now accepting loan inquiries for affordable housing projects in need of financing.

North Valley Housing Trust (NVHT), a nonprofit regional loan fund, will now be accepting inquiries for affordable housing projects in need of financing. Projects should serve households with incomes between 0-60% of area median income (AMI). Possible projects can include shelters, transitional housing and permanent supportive housing. NVHT’s current priorities are shorter-term loans (1-5 years) for the acquisition, predevelopment, and construction of projects.

NVHT provides below-market interest rate loans with flexible terms to fill in the gaps left by traditional government and private funding sources.  Interested developers are encouraged to fill out our online inquiry form available on our North Valley Housing Trust website, NVHT.org.
